1. What happens after I purchase a print?
Let your imagination run wild! Create unique prints for fashion collections, stationery and event décor, furniture and cushion fabrics, or even wallpapers for your home or business.
2. How does purchasing designs on the Sasha Saa website work?
Once the payment has been processed, I will send you an email with the print files attached. Please note that once a design has been purchased from our shop, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. All files are provided for personal use only.
3.How does the design usage license work?
When you buy a design, you’re getting a license to use it, not the copyright. The copyright always stays with the original artist or designer. You are allowed to use the designs for physical printing, but reselling them in digital form is strictly prohibited.
4.What happens if I don’t manage to download the design on time?
Need help? Just send us an email at info@sashasaa.com.co We’ll get back to you within up to 8 business days.
5.Can I change the dimensions of the design?
Yes! All our designs come in high resolution, and you can easily adjust the size if you’re familiar with Adobe programs.
6.Can I modify the color of a design from the website?
If you’d like to make any changes, just send us a message. Some modifications might have an extra cost, but we’ll always let you know first.
7. Are the designs delivered in vector format?
Not all of our prints are made in Illustrator, some are created in Photoshop too!
8.Do you sell fabrics or printed materials?
At present, we do not sell printed physical materials.
9.What national payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers to the Bancolombia account in the name of Sasha Saa
10.What international payment methods do you accept?
We accept international transfers via PayPal
